When did Buenos Aires become Brazil's capital?!, I wonder as I browse around my trophies.

The Alien Rescue Game trophy for Buenos Aires states that Buenos Aires is Brazil's capital. Was this just a simple mistake, or was it done on purpose? I guess that we'll never know, but what we do know are the following facts.

I'd like to point out a few similarities between the two places: Buenos Aires and Brazil both begin with letter 'B' and both are part of the same continent, South America. However, Buenos Aires is not Brazil's capital.

Buenos Aires, as many of you already know, is Argentina's capital. Argentina is a Spanish-speaking country located in the southern part of South America, bordering the South Atlantic Ocean, between Chile and Uruguay. This country is highly known for its Pampas, the Patagonian desert and exotic dance, the tango.

On the other hand, Brazil is a Portuguese-speaking country and its capital is Brasilia. It is located in the eastern part of South America, bordering the Atlantic Ocean. The biggest country in South America, Brazil is known all around the world for its carnival, Amazon River and Amazon Forest.

Now that you know a few facts about such amazing countries, I encourage you to learn more about these and other magnificent countries all around the world. Then you can come to Whyville and share with other users what you've learned.
