What do you know about the history of the Senate Races? It's a very interesting topic to write about, and required some tiring research.

Here are the results!

At first it was a little race with nothing too big about it. But soon it would become a big deal. The first candidates who made it into the top three were Giggler01, Amazing and JayR. The winner of this race was Giggler01. You can see a lot of this info including platforms in the August 8, 2003 edition of the Times.

Second, it was Oreobaby against Alicia and suga246. Oreobaby won this race. The debate surrounding that one was kind of weird. Every CW attended! Well, not really, LoL. A lot of them were there, though! In that race, 15,000 votes were cast, and that is a lot.

In the third race, it was Sonner taking the race from Brian98 and Babypowdr. I remember the article that deriko recently wrote about BabyPowdr. In this election, Sonner won by less than 4%. Wow! That was close!

For the fourth senator, Divasis faced off against deriko and JoelGC. Great job, Divasis. JoelGC even wrote an article on her inauguration -- how nice!

The fifth senator was softbll12. Suga246 was in it again (the only account to make it into two elections!) and soccer678 was also running. Go softbll12!

Wow. There are too many senators! LoL. My hands already hurt from typing.

Another? The sixth senator was hotboi764, winning over coconut02 and hiphop26. This was a great race. Many of you will remember it.

The seventh senator was PUNKNPIE, one of our oldest senators ever. She won over babygrace, whose other account is moocow007, and biddygurl, who used multiple accounts to vote for herself in an effort to prove that everyone cheats in order to win.

The eighth senator was Rebok. I did an interview with her in a previous Times issue. She won against babeeroxy and cutie1612.

The ninth and most recent senator elected was sk87, a friend of mine with an impressive salary of 100 clams. She took part in a four-person race, finally winning more votes than ninja04, Rhinoryan and moocow007 (a.k.a. babygrace, which means this person also managed to get into two elections, though with two different accounts).

Yay! I'm done.

As for the 10th senator, keep your eyes peeled to the Times to see -- the debate between Firch, HAPHBAKED and Bart16794 happened last week, and we'll be voting soon!

And in the future... (shameless plug!) vote ps2man1 as senator!

This is ps2man1, going to sleep for two hours.
