Want to write an article, but don't know how? Have a good idea? Well, this should clear things up about writing articles! I'll show you, step-by-step, how to write an article! :)

1. Go to your e-mail. Open a new e-mail, and in the "To" line, write times@whyville.net. In the "Subject" line, write it like this: Name: type of submission, title of submission. Here's an example: Me, article, Whyville! (If there are two or more names, include that in the name part) If it's a poem, replace it with that. Classifieds are put the same way as a regular article, as well as Whyvillian in the Spotlight.

2. Write your article! Think about what you want to write about, get some info, interview people, take pictures, or find some history.

3. If you have pictures, put them in your article by finding the "Insert Picture" button. This can be found on AOL, or on a "Browse" button otherwise.

4. Sign your article! Make sure that people know you sent it.

5. Send! Now, all you have to do is wait for the new issue of the Times to come out, and see if your article made it! If it didn't, try writing another article. Don't be discouraged!

This is Pretzeboy, going to look at some family photos.
