Hello,this is Hotboi764 back with another article. I haven't wrriten for the Times in awhile, so I figured I would write an article.

When I logged into Whyville a few days ago, I noticed the new food thing going on. I had been waiting for this for a long time. I planned out my breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack for my day on Whyville. I went to the Sun Roof to eat, and what did I see? Well I saw people with red faces like they were totally sick, and half the people were fading out! That is what happens when you either,

A. Eat too little
B. Eat too much.
C. Eat too much sugar.

I am here today to teach you how to keep your Whyville body healthy. What I did was I went online and got a picture of the food pyramid. It shows you what to eat to stay healthy. Here is what you should eat on Whyville to stay healthy.

* 6-11 Servings of Bread, which means anything like bread, pita bread, pastas, cereals . . . etc.

* 3-5 Servings of those vegetables. You guys probably hate these in real life. Therefore you won't eat them on Whyville either, but you need them to maintain a good diet. Try eating some carrots, yams, potatoes, broccoli, cauliflower, spinach . . . etc. Vegetables are also high in minerals.

* 2-4 Servings of fruit. Most of you guys out there I'm sure like fruit more than vegetables, which is good cause you need them in your diet. Try eating stuff like apples, bananas, grapes, peaches, watermelon . . . etc. Fruit is also very high in vitamins.

* 2-3 Servings of dairy, towards the top of the pyramid. Most dairy products are high in calcium and some vitamins. Try eating stuff like milk, cheese, yogurt . . . etc.

* 2-3 Servings of meat or nuts, at the top of the pyramid also. That means eating basic meats like ham, turkey, pork, salami, bologna, and tasty hotdogs. Also try typing eat nuts for nuts too.

* At the very top of the pyramid we have sugar, fats, and oils. Only eat these on a rare occasion, meaning 0-1 servings a day.

Now if you eat all those you should stay healthy, and do try taking ice cream and pudding and call that dairy. Or take a donut and call that bread. It is . . . but it also falls in the sugar category.
