As a lot of us know, the first Meet the Makers Meeting (MTM) of the year was held on Tuesday, January 3rd, 2006! This meeting was packed with hints and explanations of what's going to be coming up in Whyville. And even better, I got pictures! (Two CWs, Gumbytam and scyllaCat showed up.)

Anyways, I'm going to put up the pictures I took and put captions, and of course, put all the additions I didn't get in pictures in the captions, too!

Well, of course, in the first picture I tried to get everyone to say, "cheese." It worked out a little!

In this picture, two things were coming on. Scyllacat was explaining how the CWs are considering putting awards into accomplished people's City Records. People were asking questions like, "What would we get an award for," or, "Could it be in the math game?" and things like that. I didn't get a clear answer, so we'll find out sooner or later, hopefully sooner.

Also in that picture, gumbytam is explaining how the diseases in WhyEat aren't supposed to be out yet! I know I am one of many who looked into their Health Journal and saw that they had contracted an illness. I wonder what it is!

In this picture, gumbytam explained how the designing of animated face parts by citizens will not be happening anytime in the near future, but some good news about animated parts, there will be a MUSTACHE! How awesome. I'm buying a few.

In this picture, scyllacat is explaining how Whyville is thinking about making a cafeteria with rooms for banquets, kind of like the disco! Sounds fun.

There is also going to be a Whyville Street Crew. People who recruit at least five of their friends to join Whyville, will get access to a cove near the beach, and even get prizes, such as Why-Passes!

There will be an Opt. Out option in WhyEat, so you can take a break from WhyEat for however long. I'm not sure how long, but it'll be at least a day.

Elections will be taking place soon, and now they will be held every three months, so each Senator has nine months in office. I'm pretty sure the rules are the same, so be ready for another race!

And last but not least, the y-mail helper pool will be open in a while! Yay! I've got to go feed my cat!

This is ps2man1, opening the tuna can.
