When I first heard of Whyvillian in the Spotlight, I really wasn't sure who to nominate. I wasn't sure if I should do a friend, or a Y-mail helper, Times writer, etc. Then it hit me. I thought the perfect nomination could be none other than Kirsten, who many of you know as . . . Kirbie393!!

Kirbie is almost 15 years old, and lives in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada. She joined in 2002 and has a salary of 106 clams per day. Kirbie has achieved a lot on Whyville. She has very good writing skills, and she became a Times Writer. She is also a fabulous poet. In 2003, Kirbie was one of six Whyville Poet Laureate Finalists! She is a really sweet person, who is really easy to make friends with and she has a fun sense of humor.

In real life, Kirbie has published articles anonymously in newspapers, and her Improv team won a competition a few years ago! Kirbie enjoys reading and writing, and she is a pixel artist and can create display pictures and pixel dolls. She also loves to watch movies such as Moulin Rouge, her favorite of all time, which she watches once every week! But of course, Kirbie also enjoys coming on Whyville, and comes on almost everyday.

On Whyville, Kirbie enjoys reading the Whyville Times and leaving comments on the BBS. I'm sure many of you have seen her comments a lot in the BBS! She always enjoys meeting new people and making friends. Unfortunatly, her computer got overloaded with viruses, which meant she had to get it cleaned. After that, she couldn't reinstall Java properly, which meant she couldn't go into the chatrooms or change her face unless she used someone else's computer. When she does get a chance to go into a chatroom, she goes to the Greek Theatre. But otherwise, she spends time reading the Times, talking in the Times BBS and playing the games.

I know she's a Y-mail Helper, but that is not why I nominated her. I nominated her because I think she is an awesome friend. She is really smart and funny and easy to get along with. A lot of you readers are against Y-mail Helpers, Times writers, "special people" nominations, but I'm focusing on how great a friend she is, and she deserves this recognition for being so caring and friendly. Kirbie, you're awesome!!

Now before I sign off, let's give Kirbie one last round of applause!
--clap clap clap-- w00t! Go Kirbie!

Yours truly,
Chikki999.
