It's the night before your big dance at school you're getting ready when all of a sudden you see this big bulging red dot on your chin. It's the most hated thing by teenagers. The Pimple!

Here are some tips for you to help prevent getting acne and getting rid of it.

- Wash your face at least twice a day using warm water.

- Do not pop your pimples. Popping them will just make it worse, it will leave a scab and then if you continuously keep popping them your face will be worse than how it started, and may also leave scars.

- Don't touch your face, touching your face with dirty hands causes pimples.

- If you wear make-up wash it all off before going to bed. Use make-up remover otherwise you'll have pimples begin to grow on your because make-up will clog your pores.

- Keep your hair out of your face, dirty hair also clogs your pores.

If none of these help you with your acne problem or don't help prevent acne from forming on your face then see a dermatologist. They can give you special cream or some sort of special treatment to help get rid of your acne.

Hopefully these tips help you out . . .
