What's New This Week

I'd like to devote my column this week to honor the accomplishments of Whyville citizens.

Whyville citizens have once again outdone themselves. With the WASA Rocket Training Program in place for just one week, cadets have already logged more than 17,000 sessions! At the time of this writing, there have already been over 200 successful launches from Antartica, carrying a total of 1933 cannisters up to our Space Station.

The results from the Zero Gravity Chamber are not too shabby either: over 26,000 games have been played! Just this week, a top player set a new record by achieving Level 11.

WASA, of course, while exciting, is only one small part of all the things Whyvillians are succeeding at. Let me take the chance here to honor some of our Top Citizens.

And let's not forget those brave teams that are out on the Solstice Safari. At the end of Challenge 2, rounding onto the home stretch of this expedition, the leading teams are RICH PEOPLE, The Dream Team, and We're Gonna Win. Visit the Sun Roof to see the full rankings of the Top Ten Teams.

Congratulations to All!
