Giving the Best Gift | |
Whyville began to me as a dream. A dream where I could live in a world
where you could design anything you wanted to be. When I heard about it, I
was so shocked that there actually was such a place.
I just started Whyville
in early June, so things still aren't very clear. As I read "Wanted" ads, and
PLEASE SEND ME CLAMS, it hurts to know that you can't help them as much
as you want to. You are unable to give away clams or unwilling to. When you
design a product and you think it's going to be awesome, you can
still taste the fear or "what if's".
I want to thank all the people who helped me
while I was a newbie, and tell all newbies out there, I can't give away clams,
but I can give away a friendship!

Hi, my name is marty11, I used to be known as marty10 until a very mean, cruel person hacked onto my account, stole all of my clams and changed my password. While they were on my account they said some very mean things to people and I got reported! So I had to suffer!
I got kicked off Whyville, I had all my clams tooken away, I lost all the friends I made on that account, and I lost all the clothes that I had bought!
I and many others have suffered the loss of an account! I am NOT ALONE I will NOT BE ALONE! I WILL share my THOUGHTS! and I WILL stand up for the other Whyvillians out there!
MY NAME IS MARTY11, I AM PROUD TO WRITE THIS TO THE OTHERS OUT THERE! I AM WHYVILLIAN!

Beauty. It is not everything. People say, "Eww your
ugly I'm not talking to you!" It is simply DISGUSTING.
I mean, sure, I like to be pretty, I like to look
nice, I like to wear PixieCo clothes and lemonmule
hair. I like to look pretty. But if someone else has
like blonde wave and a real cheap shirt, should you
make fun of them, just because you are pretty? Should
you tell them, to their face, that they are really
ugly? NO!!! You should be nice to them! I'm not
saying give away your 50 clam T-shirt or your 32 clam
hair. Not at all. I'm just saying to BE NICE and that
BEAUTY ISN'T EVERYTHING.

Sympathetic Soul | |
My article is on the beauty pagents held in Whyville. Most of them are fun,
but then there are the few ones where people's feelings get hurt, and I think
it's just what the judges opinion is, and that's different for every judge.
So, if any of you Whyvillians aren't getting first place, or 2nd, 3rd, and so
on... it's ok, because you might win next time. Looks aren't everything, just
have fun and be nice. =0)
