It's summer and if you are like me, I'm sure you are scouting some wicked parties. No, I'm not talking about Whyville parties, but real life, have an amazing time, hang out with real-life friends parties. There is only a couple things I want my fellow party animals to keep in mind, don't do anything stupid. Stupid, is a very big category that many actions can fall under, so when it comes to parties let me remind you what stupid is all about and why you should be careful.

First, let's not eat/drink anything that is going to make you act stupid. Stay away from alcohol and drugs, and if you know these things are going to be passed around at the party, try finding something better to do with your time. I know if I ever came home from a party, and my parents found out that I did something that I shouldn't, I wouldn't be allowed to leave the house, for the rest of the summer. Make sure whatever happens you keep your parents trust, and the best way to do that, is by not doing anything that would make your parents have to rethink how responsible you are.

Next, if you know there are a lot of people who you don't like going to a party, you might want to rethink attending. Fighting is bad, especially if you are at a place where you can get teamed up on. Even if you aren't acting stupid, someone else might be, and drag you down with them.

Now if you are planning a party, there are a few things to keep in mind. One of them is, if the party is featured at your house, don't let it get trashed, especially if you parents aren't around. If you want to invite people who have a reputation of acting stupid and breaking things, maybe have your party during the day, and a location other then your home. Getting all of your friends to meet down at the beach, or renting out a community hall will lower the chances of your personal items getting broken and/or stolen.

When making the invite list, you have to decide what kind of party you are having. The more people you invite, the more money you have to put into it. You have to think about food, drinks, music, maybe movies, and fun party activities to keep the guests minds on having fun, rather then acting stupid.

So remember, don't do anything stupid, or that you will regret fellow party animals, because you don't want one stupid mistake to ruin the rest of your fun filled summer.

Peace And Love
