If you go into a room, there might be a green car with a "W" on it. Here's what they look like:

You don't own it, but you can rent it.
I think they're pretty cool! Rent a scion for a ride! You don't need to spend many clams on them at all! If you're lucky you might find one. I found two, side-by-side.
I put all of my clams in a CD, but they look exactly like a regular scion, but with a W in the top corner (I got invited for a ride).

Author's Note: The whipcars get rented really quickly in populated areas (beaches, etc.) To get a ride, go to places like the airfield (bottom picture) or Whyville square (top picture).
