LESS COMPLAINING, MORE LEARNING!

Hi! My name is Matt, and I have been a Whyville member since October 8th.

I've been going through the current petitions, and I find that everyone is saying, "Why do we need to pay to get into Whyville???" I can't believe they are that dumb! People, don't you read the Whyville Times? Why don't you try and figure out why they need you to pay, huh? It's because if too many people come on at once, then the servers might crash, and they can have more people on if they can raise money for new computers!

Why can't you spare a couple of bucks to go onto your favorite website? It's only \$4.95 for a month, for some of you that's like one week's allowance. Is that too much to pay? Geez!!

You people should be ashamed of yourselves, always wanting, wanting, wanting. The people that created Whyville are having a hard time paying the bills, and you think that by complaining that you don't want to pay, you won't have to. Well, reality check, if Whyville shuts down then guess what? You're just outta luck, you couldn't spare a couple of bucks, so it's your loss.

I don't think that the people that created Whyville will wanna put it back up after losing it, if we don't all show our support. You guys don't deserve this great site -- WHYVILLE IS A PRIVILEGE!

So please, just spare a few bucks to keep Whyville up and running.

THNX,

MATT1377

Dear Whyville Creators:

I have an idea for the priority passes....

We could use the same idea stated in the Times, plus have a little side thing: we could also get second priority passes, where you can bid with clams.

Those with money passes would all have first priority's and special benefits, and Whyville citizens who cannot afford to pay with real $$$ (or where it is more expensive, such as in Canada, where the currency conversion takes \$24.95 American and makes it about $50 or $60 Canadian) could pay a medium to large amount of clams to get a second priority pass -- basically, they would get priority into Whyville before regular members, but waaaay after first priority.

Would that be a good idea?

Please let me know !

I wanna know....what do you think about Why-Passes? Ridiculous? Awesome? Neat? Expensive? Cheap?

I want to know because me and some of my friends think this: It isn't fair because some kids parents don't like to buy off the Internet. We shouldn't have to pay for a why-pass it should be like club why! We should Have a option either like 250 clams or pay with real money!

What do you think! I wanna know..city hall you make whyville to hard sometimes!
