One of the easiest ways to get clams when you first become a Whyvillian is to fill out the Whyville Wise Parental Certificate with your parents and send it in. Then go to the Whyology Center and fill out the Survey Registration, a way to make things safe in Whyville. Fill it out with your parents and send it in. If you don't have a fax, you can mail it in.

Once the busy people at City Management process the registration (mine only took a few days by fax), go back to the Whyology Center and fill out all three sections of the survey.

Altogether you will receive around 350 clams, maybe more. You have to wait for the two forms, but that gives you time to learn how to race the Smart Cars (more salary, visit each practice track until you successfully finish), maybe start the "Lost Alien Tourist" game (more salary each time you see the Alien, and cool trophy t-shirts). Visit the House of Illusion, make your way through all the rooms, it's like a maze (more salary for every room you visit and view the pictures).

Some of this stuff takes practice. I still can't get the fruit cocktail can to spin faster than Novice. And I'm still practicing. Have fun!
