There they are,
The first rays of sunlight
Rising from the horizon
Reaching out for infinity
At the start of the day
With a push from the golden egg,
The sun.

There they are,
The vines
Intertwining
Blooming cherry roses.
They interlock and come back out
Over and over again
In an intricate pattern.
They have spikes
But don't spike each other-
Only the enemies.

There they are,
The blankets of turquoise clouds
Mixing in and creating one
Beautiful scenery.
Thundering with anger,
Sprinkling our faces timidly,
Blowing our hair with easiness.

There they are,
The trees sprouting up
And creating families of branches.
It's incredible to believe that they came from a seed.
They gently brush each other's leaves
And touch fingers.

There they are,
The brilliant stars
Protruding from the ebony night.
If you look at them right
You can see the invisible lines
Connecting the stars
To create
The Big Dipper.

There they are,
The crisp autumn leaves
Flying in the darkness,
Flying together now,
And forever.

Here are we,
I lay my head against your shoulder
You hold me tight on this windy night.
I hold your hand
You hold mine.
We sit,
Watching mother nature
Unite as one.
Hand in hand
