Ever imagined you were on a farm and for miles there was only grass, desert, a dirt road, and a little house with a barn? I do.

I often listen to random music groups on my iPod like U2 or Rascal Flatts. Both of them are really inspiring groups. Rascal Flatts usually talks about how our lives move too fast and we never stop to think about the world or other people.

In their song, "Mayberry" the Rascal Flatts pointed out how back in the 50's and 60's everything was closed on Sunday. But because of the competition and growing demand for things Sunday is one more day for progress. Sometimes we need to get away and slow down from the growing demands of school, work, peer pressure, or just life. U2 also points out about "What is Sunday?" War is going on daily and we can't forget our differences and just stop the fighting. Religion, races, and just sexes are constantly fighting. And I'm tired.

Stop it! Please!

Let me be who I AM! I am me! Msof57!

I am NOT meant to be in this time period! I'm not meant to constantly be pushed into doing better in school! I'm meant for something else. Stop pressuring me to go for it. I don't want to. Let me discover who I am. If I'm not wearing what everyone else is I'm supposed to go join the crowd? Does that effect you AT ALL? IT may annoy you BUT GET OVER IT!

I miss it when I was little and I thought I was pretty and I didn't care what everyone else thought. But because of peer pressure that self image is evaporating right before my eyes.

Doesn't PERSONALITY count more than looks? I hate living in a time period where everything is polluted and I have never breathed pure oxygen. Where people smoke, kill, steal. Where other girls make fun of other girls. Where I am rejected by every single boy because I'm not stupid even though I'm a blonde. Where because I wear my glasses instead of contacts. Where I can't ride a bike and people constantly point it out.

If I were to follow the crowd I wouldn't be even on Whyville right now. I would be wearing a tight little mini skirt out shopping with a stupid jock with stupid "plastics/populars." I would start drinking and smoking and kill myself. But you know what? I'm not! And that's why I'm SMART!

Make fun of me for writing, for being different.

But I'll just walk away.
