Hello everyone! This is redboy12 here giving you my opinion about Wii Fit for the Nintendo Wii! When I first started, I thought, "Oh great! It's going to measure me as a fatty, isn't it?" When I stepped onto the Balance Board (the accessory that comes packed with Wii Fit) it actually said my weight was normal! I couldn't believe what I was seeing! (It is not actually your weight. It's just your Body Mass Index, a.k.a. BMI, that it measures. Although you can see your weight by pressing the weight button.)

After it weighed me, I took a balance test. I did not complete all of the rounds and it told me that I had a Wii Fit Age of 26 (I'm only 13). So yeah, I was pretty much an oldie on there.

I then did some training. When I first went there, I was given a silver piggy called the Wii Fit Bank. As I did more activities in training mode, my hours kept building up in the Wii Fit Bank and before I knew it, I was unlocking more things to do in training mode.

Enough about the Wii Fit Bank though. When you go into training mode, you will see four different categories: Yoga, Strength Training, Aerobics, and Balance Games. Yoga helps tone your muscles and helps build better posture. Strength Training helps you tone your upper and lower body muscles. Aerobics help you burn body fat. The Balance Games obviously help you improve your balance. I will give my favorite games in the following paragraphs.

My favorite Yoga pose is the shoulder stand. You bend your legs back toward your head when you are laying down. Then you hold your back with your hands and stick your legs straight in the air. I feel this really helps me with my posture and strength.

My favorite Strength exercise is the Jackknife. You place your feet on the Balance Board while you sit. You then lie down with your feet still on the balance board. When the whistle sounds during the exercise, you raise your head and your legs to form a v-shape. This really helps builds muscle in my abs.

My favorite Aerobics exercise is Rhythm Boxing. You do what your trainer tells you to do (example, right, left, block) At the last 10 seconds of the exercise, you get to punch the sandbag like crazy. This exercise really helps me burn my body fat.

Lastly, my favorite Balance Game is the tightrope walk. You walk across the tightrope using little tiptoe movements on the Balance Board. You must stay balanced on the tightrope or else you will fall to your death. You will also have to jump over a chain trap. You do this by pushing your weight upward at the right time. This helps me really improve my balance.

So I really recommend this game to all of the Wii Fans out there. Just be prepared to be looking for one for a long time because they sell out really quickly!
