It's becoming harder and harder to find people who can truly inspire me. Those intelligent people who raise the topics in debates that no one else could dream of. People who are able to act sensibly and still have a good laugh. The person I'm nominating may not be one of the most popular Whyvillians in our good ol' town but he certainly deserves to be recognized.

My nomination for this week's Whyvillian in the Spotlight is . . . UnclGhost!

As a snail, I love seeing Whyvillian's who go against the trend and design their Whyville look in a way that is new and original. To be honest, with his orange face, beard and pacman ghosts, I'm not sure exactly what UnclGhost is. Nevertheless, it is one of the features which makes UnclGhost stand out from the crowd and I truly applaud him for it.

UnclGhost's favorite color is orange . . . by the way . . .

UnclGhost lives in Washington state (which he tells me is in the US). He joined Whyville in September 2007 and has since written 3 articles - two comics and a short article on intelligent design. His comics are original and show a lot of imagination and I hope we writes more in the future. Most people will recognize him from the BBS where he is a regular presence and has true debating flare. I always love seeing that he's posted on a BBS thread as I can be sure that I'll have a good read and something interesting will be raised.

He likes writing . . . In fact, he tells me that were he a kangaroo, he'd write a book about the experience!

No one can deny that UnclGhost really takes part in Whyville. He has a salary 135 (Oh! The good old days of 124 as the top salaries) a scion, 3 robots and made one of my favorite Why-Tunes. However, his scion is a bit illogical as it's a scion made out of grass with fire-wheels. Doesn't seem to make much sense, does it?

His favorite food is stir-fry tofu . . . though according to his City Records he also likes falaffel!

This week, I want the Whyvillian in the Spotlight to be someone who may not be a household name in Whyville (yet) but who is a kind and interesting person and who uses Whyville to it's best.

Go Go UnclGhost!

Cobd
