Every Christmas we were together,
sitting on the damp porch
looking at the frosty snow
looking back on memories.

I would look into your eyes
and you would look into mine
I knew I would need to cherish this moment forever,
it would soon be over

I let every breath past by without a second thought
every moment spent together was wasted,
and you were leaving

when you finally left forever
I sat on that porch
reminiscing on our memories
looking at the icy cold snow

I'll make a snow angel,
but it's just not the same without you

the cold snow races throughout my body
I can feel the goosebumps
as the tips of the grass still grasps my fingertips.

Is this how I should feel,
cold and alone without you,
like the icy snow.

So I'll sit on that porch
reminiscing on our memories
because it's the only thing I have left
