Every writer needs a little inspiration now and then. Sometimes it is hard to come up with an idea. Sometimes you have an idea, but don't know where to start. And sometimes, you need constructive criticism on a piece of writing you already have.

Here are the Whyville Times, we want to find a way to help writers through these common struggles. So, we are going to start hosting weekly Writing Hours at the Times Office. To get to the Times Office just say 'teleport newspaper' to come to our secret location!

I know most of you have probably noticed the new salary booster in your ledger. I have to say the new BIOlympics is a great edition to Whyville! I personally have done the entire training log and I had a lot of fun doing it! If you are a biology nerd like I am, it's very exciting to actually see and actually learn about various animal's biomechanical parameters.

For most of us, earning 21 clams for your salary is probably the first reason to click on the BIOlympic training log. But please take the time to actually understand what you are doing because it is actually pretty spectacular! Once you finish your training log head over to the BIOlympics arena. I joined in with two City Workers and played a round of the new game. It was really fun and exciting to go head to head with other people. But, before you go, make sure you understand the training log or you might get beat!
