The Race No One Remembers

Kittieme is ready to turn over the wreath.

During my time on Whyville I have run in a total of three Senate Races. I've created the signs, sent the y-mails, gathered the supporters, and attempted to snatch the coveted senate wreath. Like most of you know, I was successful in two of my attempts, but my first was not necessarily a fail. Another thing most of you all know is that the Senate Races don't always go as smoothly as planned, or as quickly as desired. Go World!

AMae reports on the upcoming Summer Olympics.

It comes around every four years, and each time it brings excitement, competition, victories and disappointments. The Summer Olympics are truly spectacular, and something that I personally look forward to!

The London 2012 Olympics start on July 27th and end on August 12th. Thousands of athletes have been training their whole lives for this opportunity. The chance to compete at the highest level possible, showcase their skills, and bring home a medal. But the Olympics are about more than winning. They are about representing your country with grace and honor. And while we are all competing against each other, the Olympics are about the entire world coming together to celebrate the human spirit.
